Items such as canned fruits & vegetables, tuna fish, salmon, pork & beans, cereals, soups & Raman noodles, macaroni & cheese, spaghetti sauce & pasta, peanut butter & jelly. Safeway or Food for less grocery stores have gift cards which allow the women to purchase perishable items.

Paper products & cleaning supplies such as paper towels, toilet & facial tissue, paper cups/plates/bowls/napkins, laundry detergent, plastic ware, dish and hand soap, air fresheners, Clorox Clean-Up, Tilex Mildew, and Windex.

White copy paper, ink for printers and flash drives for women to save their resumes, homework, etc.
